Is there a way to allow a checkbox to auto populate a table?

I assume you want to check option in Hazard field and insert that selection in Risk Register table's field.

The only way to do so is to use conditional logic, which I saw you pretty much utilized already.

If you had something else in mind, please give us more information what would you like to do.
