Upgrading account to the silver plan

Hi ther Jotform,

First of all, thank you for offering your online forms for my business.  There's a sale going on, and my current plan is only a bronze package (i.e. 19USD / month).  To silver, it is only 19.5USD / month - if I upgrade it now, paypal says i'll need to pay an extra 19.5USD x 12 to you.  Shouldn't it just be 0.5USD x 12 since I'm only upgrading?

Firstly, I would like to inform you that our end-of-year discounts are only for upsell and yearly or bi-yearly upgrades. If you want to upgrade your account to silver-yearly or silver-bi-yearly, we are able to cancel your current subscription.
