How can I get my whole form on one page (instead of 'Next Buttons')?

I'm trying to get my entire form on one page with a submit button at the bottom instead of having to click 'next' through the questions.

I found some support threads saying go to form settings > "form layout" and changing it to "All questions on one page" or "Legacy", but I don't have that option in my settings list (even after clicking "show more"

Your account already supports both form types so you can choose your form type on the first dialog appears when you click "Create Form" button.
