Upgrading current plan

    Hi, I need to upgrade my current plan to Silver. However, I have paid fully for Bronze plan and the expiry date is December 2018. If i click on Upgrade, it will require me to pay another $468 for 2 years which means double payment from my side (I am being charged for 2 plans at the same time)


    Is there anyway I can just top up minimum amount to enjoy more than 1000 submission per month?

    Dear Nanie, 

    We are able to cancel your current bronze bi-yearly subscription and made a refund for the remaining days. After the cancel process, you are able to upgrade your account with the end-of-year sale.

    If you accept this, please confirm the process under this support thread.

    Hi Amy, 

    If we cancel, what will happen to the form? As what I understand, the payment will not reflect straightaway. We are using the form on daily basis. We cannot have any interruption.


    Can you please briefly explain how it will work? Also, please help to calculate the refund amount if let's say we cancel on 15th December 2017.


    Or another way is, can we do the following?:

    1. Subscribe to silver plan

    2. Pay the total amount (19.50 x 24) minus the refund amount

    3. Cancel the bronze plan.

    This way, there will not be any interruption and you dont need to refund anything.

    If you confirm, we will cancel your current bronze bi-yearly subscription and make a partial refund for it (about 152 USD). We can keep your account on the bronze plan until you pay for the new plan.

    We will take a note of the pending payment. If you don't make any payment within 1-2 day(s), we will set back the account to the free plan. 

    Please let us know your decision.

    Hi Amy, that sounds like a plan. Can you please assist to issue us an invoice for the new plan? We are a private limited company and payment cant be issued without any invoice. Please help.

    Please note that invoice is generated only after the subscription payment. We can manually create a proforma invoice and send it to you. Please note that we can create proforma invoice and display the end of year sale discount. Unfortunately we will not be able to display the refund of unused period in the proforma invoice.
