My answers are getting blank entries

That is the correct behaviour for your form. First you are asked:

Perfil que preencherá o formulário      

And depending on your selection

Fornecedor (no input shown)

Compras (input field shows)

Marketing (input field shows)

Celula Cadastro (input field shows)       

Now you can only choose one selection. And therefore only input one field. In your submissions you will see empty fields for the other two fields that were not selected and not filled.

but if I choose Fornecedor then Edit Submission and try to answer with Compras the fields dont get blank

Probaly when I try to answer with Celula Cadastro in Edit Submssion it is earsing the others answers

Yes exactly. Furthermore I believe the issue is caused by not clearing hidden fields. You can change your form settings to clear on submit.
