Stripe dashboard: Unable to refund full charge

    Trying to upgrade my account, but when I click on the link a big red image covers the form and I can't navigate through to upgrade.

    My account is going to cut off at noon if I don't upgrade, so it's urgent.

    Edited to note that this happens at silver and gold levels, but only the credit card renewal form option.

    I tried this on my account and I was not able to replicate the issue. Please log out to your account and log back in. After that, try it again. If the issue still persists, please try using a different internet browser.

    Upon checking your account, I can see that you already upgraded to the Gold Plan Yearly successfully. I also can see that you have another subscription (Bronze Plan Yearly). Do you want us to cancel your Bronze subscription?

    Yes.  I still couldn't use a credit card after logging out repeatedly, so I paid via PayPal.  Please cancel the bronze subscription and credit the funds back to my Visa card.  Thank you.

    Since the price auto-adjusted because of your previous plan, I'm not able to refund further,  so I will forward this to our backend team for further checking and handling.
