When trying to select a field to fill out there it this gray box that appears and it won’t select the field to fill out. It does this in “mobile mode” and “desktop mode” for all mobile devices.

It works fine on a computer.

I tested your website on my phone and I was able to replicate this issue.
Could you please try re-embedding your form by using the code below:

I have tested the link and I have seen some inconsistencies when accessing the form using the linked you provided. Sometimes the drop-down does not work well.
However the same does not happen when I access the form directly which means there is an issue with how the form embed has been done.
Looking at the thread I have seen my colleague had recommended that use Iframe to embed the form and while testing I noted the form embed you are using is not Iframe.
Would you kindly try embedding form using iframe and testing the form again. Since Iframe embed is the most recommended as it may not be affected by JavaScript conflicts.
Kindly use the iframe code below.

Hi it seems you added a button and linked the form from its original URL. I have tested it on my mobile and it also worked for me. Unfortunately I am not able to test it on a embedded one since you have removed it from your website.
