Form is in restore mode. Probably due to account inactivity

I have not used my account in a long time (probably years).  I recently created a new form.  However, when I am trying to view the form, it says it is in restore mode.  From what I have seen in the forum, it is probably due to my account being inactive for too long.  Will you reactivate my account?
