Hello.
What I'm trying to do is embed a registration form on a webpage, and when someone submits the form, have the title of the page included in the email I receive. Is this possible?
I know I can have the page URL included with the "Get Page URL" widget, but I need to get the page title.
Thanks for any help.

You can add the Form Title in your auotresponder email by going to emails then click Form Field
a dropdown will show, select Form Title.
Now you have a form title in your email.

No, that's not what I'm looking for. I'm sorry, I explained poorly.
I don't want the form title. I want the title of the page on which the form is embedded. For example, on this page:
http://www.defenseindepth.pro/didclasses/didma-handgun-fundamentals-safety/
I'd like the form submission to include "DIDMA Handgun Fundamentals & Safety". -

You can change the notification email and autoresponder email title to "DIDMA Handgun Fundamentals & Safety".
Do you have multiple websites where you embedded the same form? If yes, I recommend the Get Page URL widget and adding a conditional logic that will change the notification or autoresponder email based on the Get Page URL. Here's the guide that you need to use: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer
Also, are you referring to the notification and autoresponder email or the submissions page? To view form submissions, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions
Thank you.
