How do I capture the email name?

Hi

I saw your 50% off but have questions

When I create the jotform, lets say a quiz and answer and at the end they go to a sales page.

My question is does jotform, on my first jotform slide, i want an optin form, enter name and email, before they start.  How do I capture this email info, does it go to my autoresponder at get response or aweber?

If you want multiple fields on the first slide, you can use the Multi-line Question field.

If you setup a notification email it will send all answers on the form to the specified email address (eg. your email). This email address stays the same for each submission.

If you setup an autoresponder email it will send all answers on the form to the email address entered by your clients on the first slide (the email field). This email address supplied by your clients will be different for each submission.
