Why fields aren't fillable in the form?

For some reason when I sent out the link to my form the receiving party could not fill the form in. I have tested in before and no problems now I'm not able to either. Is there a time limit on the free portion of the program?

No, there is no such limit. 

I checked your form and found out that your text in the form is white:

I fixed that for you, by inserting the CSS, since regular settings didn't work, I assume because of the theme.

One more thing, the custom link you use, is not the custom link to the form:

So changes are not applying properly to it.

So you should make it again if you need a custom link like that.
