I am attempting to clone forms both by selecting the drop down menu and attempting to import on new creation. I have been unable to clone forms on two different computers. Please help.

I have just checked your account and was able to clone forms from your account. Example:
I can also see some deleted cloned forms on your account, may you please let us know if this is working on your end now?
Also, are you receiving any error while trying to clone a form?
If the problem persists, please let us know.
