Paypal payment stuck on "please wait"

After filling out form, when selecting payment method, if i select paypal, it doesn't trigger any action after clicking on submit form. It only shows "please wait" and it will be stuck there forever without any action. 

What is wrong here?

I did a test submission to the page URL (https://www.libresparaamar.org/transforma2/) you have provided and I was not able to replicate the issue. I got redirected instantly to the PayPal page after clicking the Submit button.

I have cleared your form cache on our server. If the issue still persists, please try using a different internet browser.
