Please help remove branding

    I have a bronze account and I would like to remove branding would like to remove branding. It is asking for a credit card. Please advise.

    I checked your account (craigdean) and it is in Free Account status. To remove the Jotform branding, you need to be on a Paid account. Please refer to this guide on How to Upgrade My Account. Are you referring to a different account?
