Is it possible to have dates automatically adjust to next year?

For example I have two checkboxes:

[] Fall 2017

[] Spring 2018

Is there a way for Fall 2017 to flip to Fall 2018 after Jan 1 2018?

What is the form where you are working on? If you are trying to have a date selection to automatically change to next year selection, that would not be possible, you would need to manually by editing your submission: https://www.jotform.com/help/325-How-to-Edit-Submissions-Made-on-Your-Forms
