Bill recieved when upgrading account

    I am a new client (recently) at your business.

    Now I received a possibility to upgrade from bronze to silver.

    If I agree with this, what bill will I receive from you?

    If you upgrade your account to our paid plans, an invoice receipt will be generated every payment. You can choose different Payment Schedule (Monthly, Yearly, or Bi-Yearly) and Payment Method (Credit Card/Debit Card, Paypal, or Check/Purchase Order/Wire Transfer) in upgrading your account.

    thanks for your answer.

    Fact is that I've just payd for the bronze and this week I received the promo.

    So, if I upgrade, what will I pay or can you give me an upgrade at the same price?

    Since your account is currently subscribed to our Bronze plan, you may need to upgrade to a Silver plan or Gold plan to avail the End of Year Sale promo.

    The promo is only available to our yearly and bi-yearly payment method.

    If you avail the promo and upgrade your plan, a credit balance for the unused time of your current (Bronze) yearly plan will be applied to the price of the plan that you will be upgrading to.
