Our company is counting on JotForm to attract and convert visitors and I have recently observed that the platform seems less and less stable e.g. we have translated - and saved - our form in Dutch and German, now only the Dutch version is available;when I select the advanced design builder, the form is not in the same look & feel as it was in the regular builder;tooltip/rollover help texts appear in their default language (English) whereas they should appear in French...
Could you explain what is going on please and fix those issues?
Also, there are more and more ads on the platform to upgrade or buy extra features of Jot Form.
I hope that if you are running out of cash to properly maintain this (terrific) tool, you would advise us so we can look for a back-up plan or make donation :)
