Hello, we haven't been able to access the website for the whole day, whenever we go pas the initial login we get an error message... anything happening?

Sorry but your screenshot didn't come through.
I whitelisted your IP. So there's a good chance it will work now. Please try again.
If its not working, you can resend that picture. I'm not sure what's going wrong here. I need more information.

Sorry for the delay but I've been away.
Please see the screenshot below, the system is still not working. We can access the account but each time we try to click on further options we get this message:

I have been checking your form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/72542389898375 and it seems to be working on my end, please note that may be that the JotForm sub domain has been blocked by your email provider so I would recommend you to ask them for this or try using a different network.

Also, please check that there is not any plugin, add on or some security software on your computer blocking the link.
