How to reset Upload Storage Space?

Dear admin.  I have been testing jotform to use for other needs on our site.  We will be purchasing a silver account in the next week but in the meantime can you please reset the upload cap?  One of the forms is live and my testing has exhausted our limits.  

I would appreciate this as we transition to a paid account.  

One other question.  Can a form be saved an moved to a new account?  

We can not reset the Upload Storage Space. However, you can free up the Upload Storage Space from your end. 

If you wish to free up your upload space, you can delete submissions that have file uploads on them. This can be done on the submission page.

Please note that the data will be permanently deleted from our servers. If you need that data you should download it for backup purposes.
