Issues with forms

I updated my account and it still says "

I have checked your form in the website and it seems the src got an error and not returning the correct html tag to your form, that is why youre getting "Form over quota".

You manually add the code to your iFrame by changing the src:(unknown) to

src="//www.jotformpro.com/form/50767016716962"

Or try re-embedding your form.

It seems to work fine and submit without error.
