    Hi!

We are looking to update our Communications Request Form to not accept projects that don't have a 4-6 weeks lead time. Is it possible that when a person submits within that window jotform will not accept it?

Also is there a template that changes depending on the fields a client puts in. For example if someone asks for a flyer, it will ask for size or full color or black and white.

Let us know and thank you!

You can add a field that will ask for the project's lead time and add a Show/Hide conditional logic that if Lead time is not 4-6 weeks, you hide the "Submit" button.

This can be done using Show / Hide conditional logic also or by using a widget for example Dynamic Dropdown widget.

Here is a simple form I created https://form.jotform.com/73347415097966
