What's going on? Am I missing something?
Thanks for you help.

The feature will work only with radio button and drop down fields, here is an example: https://form.jotform.com/73346905537968
I can see on your form that you're using a widget so you will need to switch to any of the above mentioned fields.
I hope this helps.
- mwilsonlAnswered on December 01, 2017 at 07:43 PMHi Kevin_G
Thanks. Using Auto Next was a mistake, so I've removed it.
But using page breaks, on filling in the form, it still doesn't move on to
the next page. Any idea why not?

Just like what my colleague, Kevin, have mentioned the Page Break's Auto Next feature will only be triggered if the last field on the page which should be either a drop-down field or a radio button field is filled.
In this sample form — https://form.jotform.com/73352281681962, the auto next is not triggered on the first page even if the last field is filled because the field is not a radio button field or a drop-down field. However, the auto next feature is triggered on the second page if you fill in the last field which is a drop-down.
I have checked the form you shared with us and it no longer has any page break. If you are having issues moving on to the next page when filling up your form (without auto next feature enabled), I would suggest you check if there are any required fields left unfilled before you move on to the next page.
- mwilsonlAnswered on December 02, 2017 at 06:43 AMThank you Mike_G.
I am having an issue with the form I shared with you. When filling up my
form the send button doesn't respond and the form is not sent. There are no
required fields unfilled before hitting 'SEND' (also there are no page
breaks and the auto next feature is disabled). Could you please check this
form because it is not working properly and I don't know how to fix it.

I tried to send a test submission from your form (https://form.jotform.co/61076261683861) and I was able to replicate the issue you are reporting. When I click on the submit button, nothing happens.
It seems that you have encrypted your form. Can you try to clone your form and see if you will be able to submit the form by cloning the form? To clone your form, just follow the instructions provided in this article: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL.
If the issue still persists, please try to disable the encryption of your form and see if you will be able to submit the form?
- mwilsonlAnswered on December 02, 2017 at 12:43 PMThanks Christian.
Cloning the faulty form did not work. I had to disable encryption of the
form and then I could submit it.
