my payment portal is not working

    My form has been dormant for 6 months.  I am now trying to use it again.  The payment portal is not talking to my square account.  I ran a credit card but the transaction did not show up in the square or in my credit card account. Is there a setting I missed?  I already checked and the form is Live and I have paid for activity.
