Hi, we are not getting notications of submitted forms. Went through the help files where other users had the problem but havent been able to rectify.

I tried to check if your email "firstname.lastname@example.org" is in the bouncelist and it is NOT. Have you checked the trash/archive folder in your email?

If you are using different email address for your submitted notifications, please check if it is in the bouncelist by following the guide above.
