Hello Jotform team!
I has been 2-3 weeks that I created the form: http://www.jotform.com/form/3143012976 . I created the form without having an account here as I did not know that I actually need one. So I have always been accessing the form directly from my laptop (editing, changing it etc.) . I usually access it whenever I go on the website and click on my forms and it was always there. But I guess something has happened. Now it seems that I can't see it...
However, yesterday when I opened the jotform website, my form was not there/I could not see it. I still have the same problem. The link is still working though and it is still available. I am a second year student at university and this is a form for a quite important project. Two big banks are sponsoring it and there is no place for mistakes.
It is quite urgent that I access the form so I can change the deadline as well as few bits here and there. I actually have to do it by tomorrow. Does some one know how I can access the editing of the form again ?
Please, it is really urgent :/ I submitted a question as well .

Moved your form to your kostovv account. It was created as a guest user. You should now see it on your My Forms page.
