At a rally tomorrow, I need to have people in the audience go to one of the forms and complete them at the same time. What is the best way to do this

I can only make assumptions since you haven't provided much info on how the form will be distributed during the event.
Perhaps you will be providing tablets or have readily available kiosks, correct? For as long as the device used by your respondents is connected to the internet, there shouldn't be any issues filling out and submitting the form.
All you have to do is share the Form URL with them.

If the respondents will be filling it out on a kiosk, my recommendation is to set the form's THANK YOU PAGE URL to redirect back to the form itself. This way, once the first user is done submitting, the next one in line would be presented with the same form again.

Thanks for responding and for the info on how to find the URL. Instead of
using Kiosks we will be using our smart phones.
