Customize Email Receipt

Hi. We have a Jotform integrated with Authorize.net to receive donations. The email receipt that you receive has an Order Information section and under that it shows Description: Goods or Services. We would like to change that to say Description: Donation. We reached out to Authorize.net and they said that has to be changed through the API, but it doesn't look like we have access to make the change. Would it be possible to change the description?

I would also like to suggest to change the "E-mail" field as "Required" since it will be used as the field in which the receipt will be sent.
