INSERT SHIPPING FEE DEPENDING ON OPTION SELECTED

I need help figuring how to set up a certain part of my form. I have made notes on the screen shot.

When ordering tshirts some customers will pick them up in person while others will want them shipped. I need the form to calculate the shipping cost of $3 per shirt based on the customer selecting the shipping option. I hope that makes sense.

Unfortunately I don't see the screenshot you attached. Here is the guide on how to attach a screenshot https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

Anyway, based on your explanation I think I am able to get the idea.

The best way to set this up is to manually create a Product field by using different form elements such as Dropdown,Single Choice, Multiple Choice, Input Table Properties and etc.

Here is the guide on how to pass the value of your "Form Calculation" widget to your "Payment Integration" field, https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field

You can check this guide on how to assign a calculation value if you are using Dropdown,Single Choice, Multiple Choice, Input Table Properties and other form elements.

This is the guide on how to use Update/Calculate field Conditional Logic.

I have cloned your form and created the Products manually then transferred the total calculated value of the order into the Payment Field.

Please let us know if you have further questions/clarification.

It will be more streamlined if you will use custom payment form instead. You can create separate calculations for the Shirt total and Shipping Cost total.

    Ex:

    1512338284zzz 2017 12 04 05 Screenshot 21

In my demo form I used the following

    1. Input Table field for the Shirts matrix

    2. Form Calculation widget for the sub total calculations

    3. Conditional calculation to determine Total for Pick Up or Shipping delivery payments.

Please test my demo form https://www.jotform.com/73366503125957

You can also clone/copy this form so you can better review in your Form Builder.

Did you use our Contact us Page when you submitted the question ? I can't seem to find a new thread under your account .

May I know what the issue is so we can create separate thread for it?

Thanks, we will wait for your response.

I don't know what I used....anyway you will see my issue in the Nov 29 question above regarding the Hold Harmless paragraph printing out. My partner made a test registration last night and the submission I received did not have the hold harmless agreement on it. Also when he got to the bottom he hit submit which took him right to paypal without him printing a copy of what he submitted (which should also have the hold harmless paragraph on it). He tried to go back but the form was cleared by then... he did receive an email but it was just a receipt for his payment. I know there is a print button at the bottom of the form but if the registrant doesn't print prior to payment they are out of luck....is there someway to fix that?

    So my main concern is

    1. the submission I am receiving does not have the "Hold Harmless" agreement on it and,

    2. how can registrants receive a copy of their registration with all the information on it.

    Thanks, Mary

am including a screen shot of the submission I received
