I am unable to submit my form with encryption enabled due to please wait error

    I have tried everything with this form - and, waited for nearly a day.


    I cannot figure out what the problem is  - I tried it directly through jotform also.

    Can you please help?

    It appears that a form encryption option is enabled on your form, but that option is not configured. You can disable the form encryption to fix the submission issue.

    The forms are secure even with disabled form encryption. This is an advanced feature to provide an extra layer of security. If you would like to use that feature, you will need to re-enable it on form, see the next guide for more information.

    Well it works now for the free option, but for some reason, I can't get it to work with anything involving money.  'Error in Transaction' - I have tried it many times - even cloned another form - doing the same.  And, I tried another card.  Can you help?
