Number of allowed sub-accounts?

Can you tell me how many sub-accounts are allowed for your Silver and Gold plans?  They are not listed on your Pricing page.

In a Silver plan, you can add up to 10 sub-accounts in order to share your forms with. In a Gold plan, you can add up to 100 sub-accounts.
