Free Text (HTML) not populating on form correctly

Asked by IMSAadmissions on September 18, 2012 at 04:19 PM

I have created multiple questions on my form using the Free Text (HTML) function under power tools.  When I type the text on the form builder (or copy and paste it), the spacing is correct and all is well.  However, when I then preview my form, the spacing on the HTML text is inconsistent.  Any advice?

    Thank you for contacting us.

When you copy-paste some text, HTML text editor may strip some tags, so it is better to format the text directly within the editor window.

If you would like to check this further, please let us know about the exact place to check the spacing problem.
