My Forms don't seem to be going through

I made a couple modifications to my forms (I have two of them) at Utahgirlstacklefootball.com.

It looks like the registration form is having problems.

Can you test it out and go through the entire process. I don't have the follow up email - then the Paypal seems to have a few issues.

When I did this last time I had to contact your support ever time I made a change. You guys were able to reset it on your end.

    Let me know.

    Thanks

What exactly is not working correctly on your form?

I tested your embedded form and once the form was submitted I was redirected to the PayPal checkout page. Considering that I did not make a payment my submission was marked as Incomplete and you can find it on the submission page of your form.

I also noticed that you enabled Pending Payment Emails inside of the payment fields settings. The incomplete email for my test submission was not sent yet because these email alerts are not instant. It should take somewhere between 30 minutes to 1 hour to be emailed.

I checked previous emails that were sent to your email address and I noticed that Parent Name is not shown inside of the emails. Is that an issue you are reporting? The emails were not updated when you edited your form. To resolve this issue you can delete the existing emails inside of your form and create new emails.

I also inspected your other threads - https://www.jotform.com/answers/user_threads.php?username=utahgirlstackle but I am not sure what did we reset previously to resolve your issue. Can you point us to the thread were we reset something on our end to resolve your issue?
