You informed me yesterday that I had created more than 100 forms therefore I need o upgrade my account from Silver to Gold.
I have deleted some forms. Currently have 77. I need to delete more as they are no longer used, but when I do this, the system doesn't wipe them. Please advise ASAP
So right now i should be within the boundaries of my subscription eg under 100 forms. So, Why can I not see some of the submissions on the forms I have created? Eg please see attached. i know that there re submissions on the "Graduate (sign up) clothing offer" form. Yet the system doesn't show it. Please advise ASAP.
I have always love Jot Form , But am getting totally frustrated with it right now and contemplating switching

Please note that silver plan allows you to create 100 forms. I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. You currently have 77 forms in your account. When you delete a form, it is moved to trash folder but is should clear your form count of account.
I would suggest you to delete forms from your account and see it shows the correct form count. If the issue persists, can you please allow us to delete a form form your account to see if that displays the form count correctly in your account or not.

Why are my forms only showing a small amount of submissions
Eg: “Register” in the Taster Week file is only showing me 38 submissions and I know there are about 200.
Where are they?
Why can’t I see them ?
