Why is there no support on HTTPS?

How do I get another old http connection because have the DNS setting as above is already done. It doesn't work if I forms.mycompany.nl do is sent back to https://eu.jotform.com/myforms

I remember that this was not a problem in 2012, what's changed exactly?

You are correct. HTTPS or SSL is not yet supported in the custom domain name.

Please take note that it is not possible for us to apply SSL certificate for your custom domain name. As explained on this thread, you can try using CloudFlare as your DNS provider. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/622853.

Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.

I believe that SSL is something that CloudFlare still provides, for a more accurate answer, I would suggest you to contact CloudFlare support to see if that will be possible.

As mentioned, HTTPS or SLL is not supported in custom domain names in JotForm.

Feel free to contact the Cloudflare Support in this link: https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us
