Hi, can you please provide us a link to where you have been trying to embed the form?

Can you please explain why this has been answered immediately but no response whatsoever to my tickets - I am astounded at the claims of big business users of this service if support pick and choose like this - although free at the moment - I am using on a site that is very likely to require paid membership and the chances of that are fading rapidly.

Rowan, support requests are answered (as much as we possibly can) in whoever has been waiting the longest, paid subscribers get priorty support.

I will look now for your query, its very possible you kept posting on the thread, pushing it down our queue.

Andrew, I am sorry about the aside, if you can answer my original question, we will see if there is anything we can do for:

"Hi, can you please provide us a link to where you have been trying to embed the form?"
