I´m starting a study with my asistant and we bought going to poll our costumers. I created a form in my account of Jot Form, and sent the URL to my asistant for email, the form load good and he can see it ok in the page, but when he try to see the preview Jot Form send this mesage:
FORM NOT FOUND THIS FORM HAS BEEN DELETED BY THE OWNER, TRY CONTACTED THE OWNER OF THIS FORM.
What can i do? i did not delete anything, my asistant tried to open a new account and its the same, also we tried to log out and then log in, but it doesnt works.
Please help us, we need to start our study.

We have servers in different regions, so that there might be some slight synchronization issues. Can you try to create/edit your form using our website for South America region?
