As i remember, My Plan was silver plan but it somehow goes wrong today and it turned to free plan, since i was in a rush so i had to purchase bronze plan quickly to re activate all the forms.
I do remember my plan purchase done in this year January, I would like to go back to my silver plan and want to cancel temporarily purchased bronze plan and finally want to renew normally around January under review.
If i make mistake to downgrade, can you please recover my previous plan?
Can you refund my new purchase of bronze plan which was done for emergency?

I have checked your account and see that it was upgraded to Silver yearly plan on 03 Jan 2017. I am not able to see that the account was downgraded to Free. However, I notice that the account subscription is changed to Bronze today. Since the account was upgraded to Silver using the same End of the year promotional offer, there is no amount that can be adjusted to the next upgrade. So, the Bronze upgrade to the account is now charged normally at the promotional offer. If you want we can change the account to Silver now as per your previous upgrade and refund the Bronze plan upgrade charge. However, it is required to cancel the current subscription in order to process the refund.
The current End of the year promotional offer is likely to be ended by the end of this month and you will be required to upgrade your account to the required plan again before the offer expires. Alternatively, you may also upgrade the account to Silver now itself so that the difference amount will be charged automatically.
Please let us know if you want us to refund the Bronze plan or if you want to upgrade to Silver plan now.

do you mean i can get back to my original plan which was Silver and will be
expired in 2nd Jan and refund the bronze plan?
if yes, please recover my silver plan, i want to use it until 2nd Jan,
that's what i paid for.

As your request, I have now refunded the $114.00 for the Bronze Yearly Sale Plan. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

Your account plan is now changed to Silver subscription. Please be noted it is required to upgrade your account again manually on Jan 03 since the existing subscription has been canceled to process the refund.
