Can we change the URL of our form?

Hi

Are we able to change the url for a form? We've set one up but it's a membership form that is going out to key clients. Currently it is:

https://form.jotformeu.com/73323696588370

Ideally we'd want it to be more like https://therangemembership. jotformeu.com/

Let me know if this is possible?
