When people fill out my the credit form I don't receive any thing, I don't know where the form reside. the message say"There was an error on the page. Try reloading the page. Need help to retreive my customers submission.

I have done a couple of tests on your 'carloanseekers Application' form and don't see any issues with it.
Is the form embedded onto a website somewhere? If so, can you please provide a link to it so that we can try testing the form from there?

try to go to https://www.carloanseekers.com and click apply for a loan when you fill out the form and you submit it you will receive an auto-responder thank you, but the real application form I have no idea how to retreive it or receive I don't receive any notification what's so ever. how can you help

Hello zinovision. Upon checking your email address, it has been added to the bounce list. Can you confirm that the email address that you have in your notification settings is correct?
Here is the bounce list error:Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 553-'sorry, mail to that recipient is not acc= epted (#5.7.1)'
Also, to access your submissions, please make sure you have logged in to your JotForm account and please do the following steps:
1. Go to My Forms page
2. Select the Form from your list of forms
3. Select Submissions on top
