Hey There, need some help building a form for freelancers to invoice my company for time and expenses based on a day rate. Is there a way I can have them log in to their form... so they can continue it at a later time -- or adjust it if they make a mistake? Alllllso, is there a way they can submit their forms to a database that wherein I can check off which invoices I've paid and which are outstanding?

    Thanks!!!!

It's possible to allow them  to save their data and continue on a later date, please check these methods:

    How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later

    How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms

However, you will not be able to access the data until they decide to submit the form, if you want to allow them to submit the form and then edit the submissions, then this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/325-How-to-Edit-Submissions-Made-on-Your-Forms

Now, once they have submitted the form you will be able to access the data on your JotForm account, please check this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions

Also, please note that once a form has been submitted and your users have paid, it's not possible to charge them again using the same submission, they will need to submit the form again if they want to send you the payment through the form.

    I hope this helps.
