hi I am running a competition using your form. I am close to running out of space and want to upgrade from Bronze to Silver however it is tryibg to charge me a full annual charge rather than the difference. Can you please help

Since you purchased both plans through PayPal, the price will not be automatically adjusted, those are two separate subscriptions.
But, we can handle this, and the proper way is:
1) Cancel the Bronze plan subscription, here is the subscription number: S-4D850109S4547744L and you can follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription
2) When you cancel the subscription we will add it to our refund queue so your charge will be refunded. We need to refund it manually.
