How can you create a form that you do not have to hit NEXT after each questions?

    We had a form previously that asked each question on the same form. Now the forms are making us hit next after each question and we were trying to eliminate this.

    You can change the layout of the form so it asks each question on the same form.

    Go to Settings->Form Settings->Show More Options

    Scroll down to the option called "Form Layout" and select "All Questions in One Page".
