I tried loading your form in Internet Explorer and it crashes every time.
I found an error in the console. But I'm not sure if its relevant:
So I have escalated the issue to Level 2 support. They will investigate and post a response on this thread.

It has been three days since I have heard any response about this issue and that means that all my customers that go to register for our event which is in three weeks, with IE are not being able to register. This is unacceptable. Why has this not been addressed yet?

It can take time for the developers to look into the matter.
Just to update, you have been assigned a developer. And they have marked the priority as "important'.
