When the submit button is clicked, there is no redirect to PayPal.

I have been testing your form and it seems like it's redirecting to PayPal, you can find my test submission on the incomplete payments section of your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments
I cleared your forms cache too, may you please test your form once again, if the problem persists, please check the console and provide us a screenshot of any error that may be appearing there.
