    I am trying to put together a form and I get getting the error message of 'Form in restore mode'.

    I did a little research and it looks like this happens if you haven't used your account in quite some time - my case - and the account is deactivated.

    Can you please reactivate my account.

    Sure. I have now re-activated your account from Dormant mode.
