Is there a chart that shows my responses?

I need to be able to see in-depth analytics depicting my responses. I need more specific information broken down ie: Percentage of people that chose answer 1, answer 2 and so on.. Is this available only with certain question options like multiple choice? Or can I see data with dropdown questions as well?
