We use Jotform to process payments via Stripe and need an automated email receipt with our tax details to be sent to our customers. How can this be done?

You can use the Autoresponder email function. This is an email alert that will be sent to the user/submitter once the form is completed. Please take note that there should be an Email field in the form for it to work.
