I set up separate accounts for my clients but want to use my email address on their profile so I will receive emails from JotForm. My clients don't edit their forms so it's an issue having to ask them to forward emails to me. When I edit the email on their profile, I'm told my email is already registered since I have an account set up for myself. Can this rule be overridden?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to register the same email address on multiple accounts. However, if you're referring to the notification email recipient. You can add multiple email recipient by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
