Can I build custom template form for building inspection and report writing?

Hello Jot form, 

I am researching a way to build a template for building inspection and report writing. 

With photos and prints out a .pdf report.

Will jot form work for this?

In general, it should be possible, you can create different kind of forms using our form builder. The free plan is not limited in terms of features, so you can test the service.

The submission PDFs can be downloaded via form submissions page. The PDFs can be also automatically attached to the form email notifications.
