How can I format 2 fields in the same line?

Hello, 

We are trying to line up our form so it's easier to enter the date.  When we build it it looks fine, but when we publish it the formatting is off.  Please could you let me know how to fix it?

We want the total boxes lined up to the right, as they are for the section above.

Those shrank fields are moving to the next line because there's not enough space within the form to accommodate them both. A quick way to fix this is to widen your form width.

It's currently set to 650px - Changing to anywhere from 660px and above should do the trick.
